A small victory in Germany

    Today an upper court announced under law, that Vaping cannot be banned in Pubs and Bars in the german region of "Nordrhein Westfalen" (Center of Germany)

    Well, as said. It is a small victory. The big battle has still to fight ...........

    I wish we could get a victory like that here ... but to be honest I would at the moment already be happy if I can keep on vaping somewhere outside without any problems!

    I would argue that protecting one's fiduciary interests, albeit heavy handedly, is both logical and common sense. The ethics on the other hand... are spot on! Think of the children, for god's sake, THINK OF THE CHILDREN!
