1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

A BBC TV contractor was found dead in his living room after drinking a mix of alcohol and the liquid used in e-cigarettes.

Jonathan Keen, 46, who was described as a functioning alcoholic, was found by his girlfriend at his flat in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, next to remnants of fluid used in e-cigarettes and empty cans of cider.

Buckinghamshire Coroner Richard Hulett heard Mr Keen would regularly mix his own concentrations of nicotine to use in the cigarette substitute.

Recording a verdict of suicide, Mr Hulett said it was the first time he had heard of someone 'dying directly from this' in the county.

Out of all the stuff he could have used to kill himself he went with e juice..
Another blow to the vaping world and the new regulations.

    F*$#k sake!

I suppose commiserations to the sad dude are in order, and also to his poor girlfriend on finding him--but, really, I can understand using neat 100% Nicotine since this is a recognized poison--but to drink, or fix?, the E-liquids, well that's just stupid.
One more reason for the stupid Governments to regulate E-Liquids--"We must keep them from the Population, because people commit suicide by drinking it".

Seeing as how excessive vomiting and severe stomach pain are the first symptoms of nicotine overdose. I would have definitely picked something else.

And when this goes on (if it did, sorry if it did but I really can't trust mainstream media) you can order a suicide kit online disguised as brewing equipment Death in a Can | VICE | United Kingdom

    That should be making news.

    :(

All the most ecig/vape horror stories don't make sense to us. But the guy above "doctor death" is promoting this crap.

If you strained a 50 gram pouch of crappy tobacco into a tea, the same result.

I hate all these stories fencing in a perfectly life saving, alternative to smellys and not at the best of times even doing a simple bit of research. Guess the UK is following the US on their witch-hunt.
