Yep the Istick sometimes gives you a buzz even when charging off of a PC - so it is not the home electrics but may be the USB cable and connector that is the issue.

5 Volts dc cant give you a "buzz", it has nothing to do with the cable/ connector, use the same cable on a mobile power bank and the problem is gone, many ppl. having this problem with many diff. devices and its almost ether a live leak or "dirty" Neutral voltage that is the source...

Ok then -electric shock as in licking a live terminal - Not quite Ja Ja Binks type but certainly enough of a "buzz" to make you jump. And it doesn't happen when I use a cable with a short micro USB connector where the connector plastic/rubber housing butts up against the mod. That's why I thought it might be cable issue. But I bow to your superior knowledge. ;-)

The main reson i know about this "dirty" Neutral voltage is that i get shocked many times working with computers, ohh and my parents house had a issu when put a hand on the sink and tryed opening the dishwasher with the other hand, you found your self 2 meters away wondering what happend, it turned out it had 124 volts AC from neutral wire to ground wire :p
