Heart group: E-cigarettes might help smokers quit

Saw this on Yahoo and thought it worth sharing:

"The American Heart Association's first policy statement on electronic cigarettes backs them as a last resort to help smokers quit. The American Cancer Society has no formal policy but quietly took a similar stance in May."

I just read something nice today about similar stuff as well in the book

basially stating that the prolonging of a healty / sickfree life is not so much depending on if you smoke or not, its mostly based on the nutrition intake you have and taking in less then 200 KCal. per day seems to be a cruical number....
