    See two Thais vaping every day, one a fellow teacher at my school the other is the owner of I restaurant I go to for lunch!

    See them in the most unlikely places.

    Last one seen Mall Bangkapi Smoking Corner on the parking deck.

    There have to be some serious vapours around - the Dotmod mech bling thing for THB 60'000 was sold within days. Wouldn't want to be caught outside with that.

    Don't see many and not vaping.....
    Saw a few Thai workmen outside the Thai Embassy a few months back in London but they were smoking some Thai cigarettes.....

    I live in a rural town and it's quite common. I've been told, by Thai friends, its safe to vape in front of the popo up here, but never tested it. Just because its safe for a Thai to do it doesn't necessarily mean that's true for farangs. I will say the only times I see Thais vaping in public is at night, in a group, while drinking and eating. That's not to say they don't do it during the day. I've just not seen it.

    I too live in a small village. Vaping is a non-issue. Many do it, including myself, in public, nobody cares. Vaped in front of police during Songkran, they could care less.

    The tourist areas of Thailand are a different story evidently. I don't have anything to add regarding that because I don't ever go.

    My daughter's boyfriend and pals vape quite openly in and around their flat complex in Phitsanulok. Have a guy downstairs selling cheap Malay e-juice as well.
    **Updated**
    The issue I have is that it is quite common for these guys between 13 - 18 y.o. to vape a bit over-the-top. They are extrememly nicotine dependant very quickly as the vape tricks are their challenge throughout the day... but then again, better than having them suck on them cancer sticks called cigarettes..

    Thai guy live 3 doors up from me vapes, also I know a Thai guy works at the Land Transport office where I live. I know both of them.

    As You, I and some friends are living in little villages (of Isan).We are mixing for convenience and enjoy, we recoil mainly, vaping is not a real problem. Thai people normally don't care even some policeman or army vape. I just vape carefully in the main cities. I known that is quite different in BKK, touristic places, even Chiang mai , I don't vape in public.

    Two of my Thai colleagues vape. I also see thais vaping in almost any nightclub and many bars.

    I live and work in Sukhumvit.

    I was driving through Nakhorn Nowhere in deepest darkest Isaan when I saw Khun Somchai on his motocy sat vaping at a traffic light. First thing I noticed was a huge pastry flavored vapor cloud emanating from his head and then the very technical looking device in his fist. Oh the joys of rural Thailand.
