    But further in the last paragraph of the article it states the opposite.

    Thailand’s local FDA also has no approval for these products. Still, the products can be availed by Thai citizens through online stores and in some brick and mortar stores in secrecy.
    No Specific Laws For Electronic Cigarette Market

    Mr. Torsak added that there are no laws that specifically cover electronic cigarette market. Presently enforced laws, Excise Department/ Ministry of Public Health laws, only cover how to control tobacco products and prevent smoking.

    Very interesting info. I don't know about the rest of you. But over the past year it seems the importing of juice and devises have become much easier. I guess the US FDA has not paid the Thai FDA its yearly brib money. :rolling laugh: :vaping:
