    It appears an American company has got a bee in their bonnet over an atomizer that goes by the name of The Evil Monk.
    One is not a clone of the other but they do share a similar "post-less" deck. By post-less they just mean that you can't see the posts similarly to the Rose v2.

    Hyon have decided that this is not on and have started issuing C&D to all and sundry.
    YouTube reviewer Vape it with Vic received one.


    Hyon have even taken it upon themselves to trademark the name IVOGO and Evil Monk (apparently).
