Yes 3mg might just do the trick, but my own expirience as a vaper is that also the VG/PG nix can do a difference. There is a very big difference in smoothness and a lot less throathit, when i compare the Feellife 12 mg 70PG/30VG with the Macjuice 12 mg 35PG/65VG. The more VG there is in the juice, the more smooth it become. I normally vape at 12 mg, but it might be the same for you at 3 or 6 mg, also to look into the different mixes of PG/VG

 

Dieter is absolutely correct - PG will give very song throat hit regardless of the Nic content.

 

It's also responsible for other issues like dry mouth etc. .

 

I used to vape a lot of high PG, for a couple of years, and is taken is toll, now I avoid it as much as possible. Always have a little due to flavors bring predominantly PG.

 

I like a strong flavor, but I find some 50/50 mixes to be quite smooth. I find Vapor Mist to be really smooth whereas MBV was a little harsh. I don't know why they're so different when they're both 50/50 but to me they are.

 

I use 6mg and 0mg by 50/50 ratio

If you order from Vapor Mist, I am pretty sure he can fine tune the nic level. Maybe you should take a bottle of 3mg, a bottle of 4mg and one of 6mg to feel the difference.
