    Everything looks exactly the same.

the problem is that in the long run you are probably going to spend at least 20,000 baht during your learning curve into vaping.

Knowing what I know now, i would buy..

A Nemesis or a smok magneto

    4x 18350

Evolv Kick 2 ( for your variable wattage)

    2x Kayfun Lite Attys

Total cost would be less than 5,000 baht and you would arguably have the best set up that most people would want.

Cheapest Kay Fun lite I can find is 3600B plus shipping, from the UK, dependant on exchange rate. Then add in the rest and it really is getting too much. Think I will have to settle for something a bit lower. Damit.

Then put in the Provari at 5200B+shipping.

So 2 atty's 1 provari is 12,400B + shipping. Hmmmm! You may be right there. Going to a different MOD will save quite a bit. As I said looking at the SVD and 134. I'll have a look at the Nemisis and smok magneto now. Thanks for that.

    Hmmmm

2 Attys for 7,200 Baht plus shipping.

You can buy these two for 1,600 Baht and save 5,600 Baht already.

You could be up and running for less than 10,000 not including your batteries and charger.

I thought about getting a Provari, but it is dated and without variable wattage and having to press the button hundreds of times a day... well. Need I say more?

I've read of a LOT of issues with pins snapping on Kayfun clones. Which is why I ordered the real Kayfun Lite Plus from Cloud 9 today. If you want it, get it fast, I doubt it will stay in stock for long. Vaperev had it in stock for like 2 weeks before they sold out this month. Vaped a Kayfun 3.1 ES clone today at a shop in USA and it was freaking amazing. Microcoil with cotton, delicious. Next on my list is the one PBusardo just reviewed, the Lernaia Hydra and Zorba, if I can get that then the Futura gets bumped.

It's funny you should say that because one of the screws for the connecting wire doesn't screw on properly. The thread is a bit off.
But seeing as I got trashed by other members the last time I complained about a clone, I decided not to say anything.

I just wrap one end of the coil around the small cylindrical hole for the wire and the coil assembly has been washes twice and nice used three consecutive cotton coils. It's been 1.56 ohms since day one, so I'm kit complaining.

Cloud9 prices are too expensive, especially when you factor on the tax. Pink Mule seals them for about $75 after discount.

But you are right, the cape is incomparable to anything else you have tried before.

Ive already ordered another one... With spare parts.

Have you seen the new kayfun 2.1? It's a version you might like that Ryan.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I was one of the ones who was bashing you.

I've seen the 2.1, it's the only one by Svoemestro that Vaperev has in stock, but every mod I'm looking at is 22mm so I'd rather stick to that size. For my Christmas present to myself, I can deal with $30 more from Cloud 9.

The big reason I decided to go authentic with this is all the issues people are having with the Kayfun clones are damn near impossible to repair yourself. With all the genesis clones I have, fixing them isn't too big a deal (and every single one I have has needed something). That, and Kayfun Lite Plus clones aren't available from FastTech yet, and everywhere else they're still pretty pricy.

On a side note, the Bliss and Pulse-G I ordered from FT showed up the day I left Thailand. Didn't get a chance to set the up, but the Bliss had unusably large air holes (OF DIFFERENT SIZES!?#*@&) and the Pulse-Gs air holes don't line up with the wicks. It's going to take considerable time with JB Weld, the dremel, and sandpaper to make those things usable. For the price, I'm fine with that.

Just checked, Cloud9 ended up being $20 more expensive (stupid UK VAT) but should get here much quicker, should be less than a week.

I bought the Innokin VTR starter kit and the ego V V3 mega LCD. I also got some Mini Protank 2, iClear 30s and Protank 3 clearomizers. All he had in stock was Halo juice and some Feel Life some I That is the juice I bought.

All very good equipment. I didn't like the Feel Life juices though. But then I am maybe spoilt after tasting the Halo juiices first. Also I bought sweet juices from Feel Life and find that for now I prefer the tobacco base flavours. So that could well be the problem. I understand that MOST people perfer the tobacco base juice when they are just coming off cigarettes. Apparently that changes later on and a sweeter vape is preferred. That is all up to the individual of course. No one person is the same.

Thanks. The Protanks are for spare/quickchanging of flavor etc...??
and it looks to me that you bought 2 systems-some parts interchangable?
why do people but spare wicks and coils? We need to change them frequently???

I could get by by just buying the Innokin VTR and a couple of tanks and some juice right??

Yep that's right. I, and most people, buy multiple tanks so that they can have different juices throughout teh day without cleaning the one tank all the time, just when it is necessary. Also different tanks vape slightly differently to others as well, so over time it can be worth trying out a few of them to see which you prefer.

As for wicks and coils. Wicks only need to be bougt if you are going to rebuild your old heads when they fail. Coils are the heating element inside the head that heats and vaporizes the e-liquid. when you clean the tanks you need to clean the coils as well to get rid of the previous flavour. This can be done in several ways but in general people do something called dry burning, where they have cleaned the tank and taken the head out and cleaned that. Then they fire the device with the coils on it to but no juice to burn off the caked on juice on the coils. Also if this is not removed it can break the coils as well, due to excessive heat I think. Then you need to replace the head, unless it can be rebuilt and you want to start doing that yourself.

The coil will fail eventually of course anyway. I am told that the main contributing factor is the type of juice, ie flavout, that you vape. Also, of course, construction failure. Some people have heads that fail after a few days, others a few weeks and even a month or more. Until you get used to cleaning your tanks and coils you will probably use a few more coils than you would do later on. There is plenty of advice on how to clean your tanks on the forum and also youtube.

As for what to buy. Yes you could get away with only buying a VTR, with no problem at all. Then it is up to you if you want to get more tanks, devices etc. at a later date. I got the ego kit more so that I can have a sly vape where I may not be meant to and for travelling. But I have since found that my hands are big enough to nearly completely hide the VTR I bought so I can go stealth with that as well. With my VTR I am getting just under 1 day on a Panasonic NTC 18650B battery from Micky so I would advise getting at least 2 and a good charger. I bought the Nite Core i4 V2 intelligent Charger, on advice from Vapermorphs, and it has proved to be a very good unit.

I only started vaping a few weeks ago so I may not be the best person to give advice, but I think I have just about got it right. Anyone else reading this please feel free to contradict anything I have told Asiaexpat. I will not be offended in any way as all I wany is for the right advice to be given out.

    Hope this helps.
