I've never tried the Origen, but I've seen it highly recommended many times. The Storm has done me well though - I get big ass clouds and great flavour from it. Still, I rarely use it - my Veritas is my go-to. I just love it, and use it pretty much all day every day. I also love the flavour on my trident v2. But one thing I don't like about both the trident and the storm is that the juice tends to collect on the inner sides of the atty. And the trident has started to weep juice from the closed airhole lately - that's annoying, but I guess it's to be expected given how much I've put it thru.

I had the Magma, and it was good, but I didnt use it much because I prefered my other attys. Now I'm tempted to pick up one of the black ones (if there are any left), to go with my black hana clone. The hana clone and the mech each prefer different builds. So I was thinking of getting a second Veritas. But now I'm thinking I might go with the Hana+Magma at home, and 4nine+Veritas when I'm out.

As for the Zenith, for me it was the most disappointing atty I've tried. So much hype around that one awhile back, and so many people love it. Maybe I'm building it wrong, but for me the flavour just isn't there compared to the others.

Looks like you have found a good build. May I ask what you use? I started out with a dual coil, don't remember the ohm to be honest.
What I tried last was a single coil at 1.2 ohm. I probably me who do something wrong, but I don't get the flavor and vape I expected.

--May have been around 0.8 ohm in the dual coil build.--

I've tried a the daul coil method at least 3 times, and I prefer the a single horizontal coil in the Veritas. On the hana clone I do a 1.5ohm 9 wrap 28AWG, and on the mech I do a 0.7ohm 7/6 wrap 26AWG. Those are the sweet spots for me. The flavour is great. Vapor production is more than adequate, although it doesn't put out massive clouds like the Zenith or Storm. The horizontal coils are not really an easy build on the Veritas. It's so easy to screw them up while mounting. It gets easier over time though. I find it best to attach to the lower (negative) screw first while holding the coil (still attached to the drillbit/screwdriver) more or less in place.

For me flavour trumps vapor prod - so that's one reason I like the Veritas. But my fav aspect is the (mostly) leakproof design. I prefer to drip when I go out, and the Veritas is perfect for that. Lately I'll put the mech into 18490 with the Veritas, and pop that into my pocket with a 10ml bottle and an extra battery, and I'm set.

I may have a try at the 0.7 about then. Last singe horizontal I built gave me a glowing leg. I only use the Hana in the car, rest of the time it is only mech.
Thanks for info, better go and try then

Sometimes I realise that I'm stll a newbie in this coiling game. Had to tries at a single horizontal, could not manage to get lower than 1.2 ohm. Then I gave up, time for a timeout before a fatal accident occurs with the Veritas

I'm waiting for the postman to deliver an Achilles titanium dripper from the Ukraine. From a warzone! Life goes on, I guess.

It's very versatile, it can even take a mesh u wick, as you can see in the link.
Maybe this will be better than the Yaeliq. I also got a Hellfire Shorty 22mm RDA/RBA - it's a dripper with a small tank. Unbelievable flavour. It looks like the Veritas inside, but works differently.

The Achilles was a disappointment - poor flavour from the huge empty chamber. I'm just using Hellfire drippers, on sqounk mods and tube mods.
    The Yaeliq I may sell.
Anyone tried the Thump RDA, by Thump MFG?

I read all the hype on the Velocity and got a cheap clone that reeked of machine oil. Despite complete teardown, multiple boilings, scrubbings, alcohol and cleaners baths that reek never completely went away. So I ponied up some more and got the Tobeco clone which is highly regarded and it's extremely good. IMO, not top 3 or 4 of the best flavor RDAs I own but found that if I close down the secondary air holes it improves a very good amount. Probably upper-middle of the pack of my RDAs if I close it down like that. Best part is the ease of building with the two post horizontal grub screw-securing design. Really good for Ni200 coiling because of that.

See the reference to the Origen by Smithereens. That was always such a nice flavor producer and I had been missing it. I ran across a Tobeco clone of the V3 that I'll put into service soon. I think my Quicksilver, Hobo and Vertex will be shelved a while.

The Thump looks really nice. I have a Derringer clone that produces really nice flavor and recently picked up the Stro Mini V2 which is also small form factor but a little larger. Very good flavor (possibly a top 3 in my collection but I need to use it more) but I do have to be careful about over-dripping and coil placement. I've pretty much have it worked out now and really enjoying it. It has the same type of posts as the velocity which is super-nice. Here it is:

That Stro looks really nice. Too much air for me, I guess I'm a tootle puffer, as I just don't like direct lung inhales.

The Snapdragon is the one I'm lusting after, and the bottom fed Raptor...and a Thump.

Yeah, even with the top airflow closed off, the Stro is still an airy vape. Considering that, the flavor is really good. Wide open and man does it kick out the clouds.

I remember some folks mentioning the snapdragon at ECF. I'll have to look it up sometime and see what that's all about. :)
    **Updated**
Update that I did a single coil Ni200 build in it late last night and yep, it's as I remembered. Absolutely fantastic for flavor!
