buy a new mechanical (k100?) + batterie question

    I think not LOL
    Today I bought some strong thread glue.
    I guessed it would just glue the Threads and it would still push as a button.
    I took apart the button, put the glue on, put it back together, left enough of a throw i was happy with.
    Left it for 10 mins, then went to try it and the whole button is glued up, can't push it...
    Looks like that didn't work.
    So now I can't use it.
    I am hoping my one from FastTech will be the same threading on the button so I can switch it around them both, we'll see.

    Here is the glue I bought...

    You can try and remove the glue with acetone, paint stripper or nail paint remover, just let it be in acetone for a day that will remove most super glues:vaping:

    I also want to see if my k100 threads are the same, I don't have it with me to check as I left it at the office, will go and get it tomorrow to see...

    after 4 days with the mod, i'm pretty happy after all. The button unscrew just a little bit and i dont mind to screw it 1-2 times a day, its not a big problem finally. It works just good and fire everytime. I would pay more than 600 baht if i had to buy it again :)

    Still can't use mine, as I glued the switch together, and don't want to start messing around to un glue it....
    I should have left alone like you did:rolling laugh:

    Have you tried to remove the glue whit a soldering iron, I use that on lock tight on my RC helicopter, it was look tight you should used on that button.
