I used the same method as u did there but not fused clapton.. Got a question, my wrapping wire. I can stretch it or clam it down.. Like its all lose over the 24g I used as a core.. Is this normal? Or did i F***** up?

 

Is it spaced only and no over wraps ? as long as there is no over wraps you can press it together, leave it in the drill and grab the other end with a plyer and put your nail to the core and pull it to the drill, when you get it tight put a fold on the core or just start the drill and wrap some more and it will stay in place...
If you use the method im showing you have to put the right amount of tension on the spool so it dont is so loose on the core... I will try and get a film of another way to do clapton...

 

Thanks, you saved me... I fixed it.. Got the TFV4 mini today skipped the two coils that comes with the kit and wicked the 0.8 pre installed clapton coil on the RCA. It was a smooth vape but I wanted a make my own Clapton bellow 0.5.

So now its 0.46r.

24g nicrome core wrapped with 32g Kanthal. I love it so far...80 watts chain vaping with no dry hits..

Really I didn't need this tank.I'm good with my subtanks, billow v2 and OBS Crius and Baal v2... I just wanted it..
This is starting to become a collection...

Speed test, about 27.000rpm and i got 25cm Clapton in under 9 sec

To bad i aint got a rda with big enuff postholes, i´ll have to build a new smaller one until i get a Goon rda

 

So guess what i did.. I made it smaler, then i made it even smaler.
28/40 same as the last, helixed in two 28g in each, then i made a smaler.
32/40 and same way and helixed in two 32g in each.. A 24g wire for comparison

Well i like it smal so i did this.
Four 0,5*0,1 framed with 32g and wrapped with 35g.. 5 wraps at 2,5mm 0,38ohm All Kanthal

What resistance is the build?
What is a fused Clapton?
