DNA30 Hana clone repair

    Well VM, I haven't got it yet. I sent a PM to Big when he got his new stock in and he told me to return the defective Hana to him, got it back from Mash yesterday and mailed it today. Big said he will definitely send me a new one but he was waiting for confirmation from Cindy that Cloupor "will send him back."

    Strange that, I email Cindy and she replies back within an hour. I emailed her today relating Big's concern and she wrote me, "We will send him back soon." No worries though and I know Big will send me the new Hana either tomorrow or Monday. I'm ordering a Sony 18650VTC5 to put in the mod and also a couple of drip tips just as a gesture so he won't be out of pocket for EMS costs mailing the new Hana to me.

    Say VM, the Hana clones we got from Big already had V3 stamped on them, did you notice that? I guess the new ones are an upgraded V3?

    This is part of what Cindy wrote in one of her emails:

    "Our company pay much attention to the product quality.
    The 510 connector have fixed and now have no issue.

    We just come out a high quality 50 watt new mod: Cloupor T5.
    It is much superior than hana mod, you can take one to try when it come out."

    Jing jing . . . . I'll be sure to post a pic when I get my new 'red' Hana Mod Clone. :grin: :vaping:

    PattsVaper please let me know here in the forum when you get the new clone. After I get to know you have got a new replacement from Big, then I will try and contact Cloupor directly. Thanks :)

    Haha, I also have a problem with the Hana clone bought from Big, so following this post and eagerly awaiting your confirmation. Once you get your replacemet, I will contact cloupor too

    Will do mate. As I posted before, I had an online chat with a sales/service rep and she was very helpful. She resolved the whole issue for me super quick. You still have to go through Big but I guess because of his limited command of English, you can explain the issues of your Hana problem better when you chat with the Cloupor Rep directly.

    What problems are you having with your Hana Mod? Have you been using a Kanger tank on it? In an email to her I told her the "check atomizer" came up after I tried to vape my Kanger Aerotank and she wrote back:

    "Warm tip: protank or aerotank don't suit hana mod well, every customer use them damage the mod.
    Pls take care of it. RDA series suits hana mod well."

    I will definitely post here when I get the replacement. :congratulations:

    Nope, I had just put a kayfun on top, but it just refused to switch on. Had just picked up this clone from Big's shop the day earlier. When had picked it up from his shop it was working. I got it back home and the next day took it out to use, but it would not switch on. Contacted Big directly through LINE, and took it to his shop. He stripped everything off to try and make it work, but it did not switch on. He returned the money to me, but as I was feeling a bit guilty I gave him back the money and told him I will wait for the next round, when ever he gets it. As at the time when I had bought this one he had no other color except black so I had requested him to get me an orange in the next round. Now a few days back when I saw he announce he had got another round of clones I contacted him and asked him to send me the new orange clone along with VTC5 batteries. He informed me then that Cloupor had just sent him the new chip and I would have to settle for the old body, which had been stripped off the plastic and all. In the mean time as it was taking a long time for him to get the replacement and as I was sure that he will be getting an orange replacement, I already bought a black one from another vendor. So now I don't see any reason why I would want another black clone which has it's plastic and all stripped off. Am not very happy with Big's response to all this. Guess should have taken the money back there and then when it was being offered to me. Anyways I would like to contact Cloupor and tell them how unhappy I am feeling about the whole deal, that's why am looking forward to your confirmation..............

    Yeah VM . . . I felt that "phew" way over here in Pattaya. lol

    Emmess, you're gonna be having a long online chat with the Cloupor Rep that's for sure. Yep, you should've taken the refund when it was offered. You had no reason to feel guilty but I know how it is, you're a nice guy and you think of others before yourself. I used to be like that (still am to a large extent, difficult to change one's spots) but now being an old codger I try to think a bit more selfishly.

    Big tries to do the right thing by his customers but as I wrote before I think his limited English makes it difficult to get the proper warranty service from Manufacturers.

    I'll post when I get my new Hana Clone.

    Btw . . . . happily vaping right now on my eVic Supreme with a Kayfun 3.1 at 15 watts/1.5 ohm . . . . lots of flavor, good vapor and not a hint of burnt taste, this is a terrific mod! :vaping: :vaping: :vaping:

    Sometimes as a business you have to take a small hit just to keep people happy, you've seen what Micky does for the community here, and I'd hope all the other vendors would do the same....
