Just a quick feedback on the Little Boy I bought recently. Quite if not very disappointed, flavor and vapor are nice but even on an easy .3ohms build, it takes 1 or 2 good puffs to really deliver something substantial.

While my other RDA are firing fast, this Little Boy feels like you it has been sitting for a day between each puffs. It's a nice looking RDA, not the easiest build due to the deck build.

I don't know if it comes from the poles or the 510 pin not being conductive enough. Anyway, poor to average performance on this RDA unfortunately. It's a clone, just to be precise.

Hope it may help someone in their decision.

I wouldn't recommend anyone buy VTC5's Micky currently has, the two I received from him earlier in the week are highly suspicious as to their authenticity. They are fatter, they look different to the naked eye and one of them plummeted to 2.56v whilst in use.

I'm not saying they are fake but I am saying that I am 99% sure that they are.

Personally I would forget about the VTC batteries now unless you are buying them in person.

This is in no way meant as an attack on Micky

Hmmm . . . . . the 2 I got this week look exactly the same as the ones I've bought previously from Micky. They took a while to fully charge them on my Nitecore Intellicharger, I guess they were pretty low but they came off my charger at 4.15 volts.

I haven't used them yet but after reading your concerns Rick, I'll slip one into my Hana clone and give them a test and report back as to how it performs for me. Thanks for the heads up btw.

I got the last 18650 Imren from Big yesterday. I wanted 2 but it was the last one unfortunately. So I got a AWT as well. Both charged for about 5 hours and I'm using the AWT now. I'll report once I've used both.

    Thanks for the heads-up, Rick.

I looked at one I had bought recently and at first glance do not look to be as blatantly non-genuine as the ones Tibo alerted us to not long ago but side by side against what I know are authentics, I do see some differences. While the bottoms (-) look the very same I see the top has a little bit wider black band. Along the sides I see what looks like 2 seams....not sloppy or sticking out much at all but they are there while my genuines do not have much of a seam...maybe there's one but not very noticeable at all. I also see that near the very top on the sides the grooves and lines are spaced differently. Printing-wise the faded and sort of background looking model numbers look very much the same as the authentics.

Haven't seen a voltage drop like you Rick but will keep my eye out for one.

Rick, here's my followup so far on the VTC5 from Micky. I put it in my Hana clone with the big Nautilus tank 1.7 ohm set at 12.5 watts and it's been putting out a constant 4.7 volts. I've been vaping it pretty consistently now for 8 hours with no voltage drops and there's still about 40% battery life left. Seems to perform the same as my older VTC5 in the Hana and if it's a fake then it's a damn good one.

    Thanks for the follow up.
I've used them a bit, without issue for the most part, just don't understand the huge voltage drop I had, especially when I usually charge batteries at 3.8v on average.

I use mechanicals, there was no short and I had been vaping fine, the next time I took a draw there was suddenly nothing to be had. The batteries appearance aside, I just can't get my head around this episode and what caused it.

I should have mentioned last night that I had been using one that evening and it's battery life was holding up quite well. Using a Erk RTA @ 1.5 ohm and 11.5 W so not taxing it much. This morning It's at about 80 to 90% according to IPV2's battery display. Not sure how accurate that is.

Gonna use one in my Pegasus today and test them, nothing scientific though, just monitor it's voltage every hour or two. I will charge it fully then go from there.

OK, so even with something so simple as reading a voltage and writing it down I still managed to mess it up and forget to write 2/5 lol

I placed a fully charged battery in the charger, it read 4.18v and took over 20 minutes until it was fully charged.

There was nothing out of the ordinary when I checked the voltages every hour. It is now at 3.66v and still vaping decently but I will end my 'testing' with this battery and move on to the other one.

Another update, I've been using these batteries for the last 2 days at 0.2 Ohms and have had no issues with them whatsoever. From what I have experienced with them for the last 2 days the only conclusion I can come to concerning the ridiculously depleted battery I experienced before is that I vaped on it for too long, I can't point my finger towards any other reason.

I had the same problem with an old VTC4 battery and found that it was due to a short on the positive post. This depleted the battery in seconds.

Anyway, I used both the AWT (35A, 2500mah) and Imren (38A, 2600mah) batteries on a mech mod with 0.5 ohm dual coils. According to my Ohm's law calculator, it runs at between 25 and 35 watts and draws 7 to 8 amps.

Both batteries performed well over a 24 hour period with no noticeable heating. Unfortunately I can not measure voltage drops but when I charged them on a dual slot Intellicharger from Big, both took about 5 hours to fully charge.

For my usage, I can't see a difference between these and my old VTC4's. They all perform equally well. Am I missing anything?
