Have you found what you were looking for at Chemipan?

 

Pretty much. Mainly PG and VG. The green Apple flavouring of course and I'm going through the other flavours now. Thought I would get some from there with the pg/vg so I could mix some 0 nic juice to play with the flavours, while I waited for the rest of the stuff. then IF I liked what I made I can add the nic afterwards and adjust flavouring as required.

 

i was thinking of doing the same thing while i wait for the nicotine. may not be a bad idea to vape some nicotine free stuff anyway

i figure when (if) my nicotine does get here i will just mix a 50-100 mil 60pg/40vg to 14.4 percent nicotine without flavoring. then all i need to do is mix 4 parts of that mix with one part flavor to get a 12mg liquid at 20% flavoring. that will make it easy to do micro batches to try out flavor combinations and such. example: 8 drops of liquid mix, one drop chocolate, one drop vanilla. if the flavor sucks, i only wasted a miniscule amount

 

Some of the flavourings from companies like flavourart recommend between 1 and 3%. So it would depend on the flavouring you are using. Might be better to try a lower percentage and try that, then adjust accordingly if too weak flavour

 

really, most of the videos i have watched had between 10-20%. like i said, i will most likely start with micro batches and work my way up when i have something good. if the flavoring is too strong it would be easy to pour a bit of extra pg/vg into the master mix to take if from 14 down to 13 or 12. my first non flavor mix will most likely just be 30-50 mil. i figure start will small quantities and once i start getting the results i like move to bigger batches.

at the moment, all of my concentrates are coming from MTB so i would imagine they will be similar in potency.

 

That's why they are 20% then. Use a lot of flavouring that way but that is what those need to get the taste. Just not so concentrated as from aome other companies.

That sounds like a good idea to me.

I think I'll make myself a few 100 ml bottles of 6mg 50/50 juice today.

It will certainly make it a lot easier to add flavours to it when I make the different juices.

The moment of truth...Have jsut filled a tank full of my new Apple Menthol 6mg liquid ...and it tastes...surprisingly good..so far

a definite hint of apple but it is overwhelmed by the menthol.

My impression at the moment (but it might change today) is that for the next batch I will try 13% Apple and 7 % menthol instead of 10 and 10.


But, it's still a very good vape with lots of vapor production and flavour

 

hey how does homemade taste is it like the shops? how do you flavour it?
