If you mean my order Vapermorphs, it was Halo and I had CLEARED customs. It got hit at the Port Authority in Laem Chabang afterwards. 2130B, Posted previous page.

If it had been customs I would't have gone anywhere near it. Additionally I thought it was at a mail hub there and NOT the Port Authority

So let me get this right, was this you bringing them when you landed at the airport or you had 5 cartons posted to you, they got seized, you went to customs, you had to pay 22K fine and they kept the goods??????

It was a 5-carton pack of Marlboros, meaning 50 packs of cigarettes in one box with a handle on it, that I bought at the duty free shop in the baggage claim area at Suvarnabhumi. The customs officer at the red and green gates (I went through the green obviously) told me to put it in my suitcase. One of his customs buddies stopped me once I was halfway out of the airport and searched my suitcase, obviously knew just where to look. Took me downtown to an office in the Anti Money Laundering building near MBK, made me pay 22,000 baht, and kept the cigarettes. They even took the pack I was smoking out of my pocket. Same customs people that I've dealt with over near the airport when dealing with DHL on more than one occasion.

Actually, I was wrong, it was 26,000 baht, I remember it being 800 USD.

    From the Thai Customs website:

Nothing on the site specifically related to e-cig's of e-liquids.

    Update:

I went to the Phuket Customs House today and was not successful in getting them to release the parcel to me. They werent interested in a bribe either. Apparently, once it is in the BKK Port database there is nothing they can do. It will be send back to MBV. Emailing MBV later today to expect the parcel coming back to them. I dont think they will refund me as all their juices are mixed to order, but I will see if they can forward it to a friend in America and then have him divide it up into smaller parcels and send it back to Phuket.

At least the juices will be well steeped once and if they make it to me lol :D

I think you'll find that he couldn't pay a fee as e liquid is a banned item so they just sent it back to the USA.

you will not really need a friend to divide it up........ maybe into two shipments if you want to be extra safe. just have them remove the labels and send it USPS. i did it that way and although it took the better part of a month to get here, there were no issues or tax/
