Fasttech... Still viable?

No liquid, just the Fuhattan mech, Taifun GT II, a cheap RDA and an o-ring kit. We've had liquid delivered from abroad separately with no problem too.

So is anyone ventured to order from fast tech lately? I've been debating placing an order…

 

I've had about 3 out of 3 small orders of accessories make it recently using China Post. Anything with a battery appears to have to go via PostNL. I've not tried that.

 

Like I said in my post just before yours, I have and there was no problem. I have since ordered more stuff through them and it was no problem. Same with gearbest. No problems.

I ordered a Kabuki clone from them yesterday airmail no tracking. It is so cheap that I will not care if it never makes it. On imports I stick to simple and cheap stuff ( no mods no liquid) so I can be pleasantly surprised if it ever arrives. If not nevermind.

 

Since the Ban took effect i ordered some stuff from FT, but all one by one, so far i got lucky and all arrived
however the service level of FT drastically went worse.

I really prefer to order at Heave Gifts but only at their AliExpress Store, stuff always arrived from there, and also far cheaper then on their website, I dont quite get why they have this funny pricing politics, i bought my SMOK Guardian III for 55 Bucks at Heaven Gifts over at AliExpress and on the Heaven Gifts website the same SMOK Guardian is like 75 .. prolly plus shipping.

Heaven Gifts really a very decent shop ... i do love the Giveaways they do here regulary, thats one more reason i prefer to order with them, cause they give something back to us.

what i hate most at FT those days is the unreliabilty of Shipping Times....
i had it very often ... In your Basket it says, in Stock ....
once your checked out you have on the very same product of ETA in 5 biz days .... and from there it usually turns into a nightmare ..
after 4 days it should have almost arrived they the give you a new ETA .. for another 8 days ... after that period passed .... you ll get the ReStocking ... and if you are lucky they sent it out ... 2 weeks after you did do the initial order...

If you press on cancel the order... its needs manual processing, no automatic gift certifificate, you need to sent in Ticket via the Support system that they process your Refund ... even thou the order is Cancelled right aways the Refund of the Money isnt ...

As if that would be enough already ... FT Ticket System does only work in Firefox those days ... all other Browsers it Crashes ... (Chrome, Opera) dont know about Safari and IE thou ..
So overall service level is really dont the Trasher ...

Ahh one more... i ordered a Griffin Tank there ... which came in a none protective package with a broken Glass Tank... they didnt even want to sent me a Replacement right away ... they asked me friendly to order something else, then i should put the order on hold and then they would add it there ...
I ll get that its extra shipping cost ... but hey they didnt even bother to use protective envelope on the DOA order...

Soooo.... to answer the Question in Short ...
FT those days is very slow, often unfriendly and even the Prices are not the cheapest around ... the only thing FT is still good at is having a decent selection of Clones.

 

They shipped me the day after I ordered and even sent me an email with a photo of the package with the shipping doc attached and I did not even ask for registered mail just plain air mail. I think that is good service but it is only one example. If it never gets through customs it would not be the fault of Fastech.

 

Agree on the if it doesnt pass Customs its barely possible to blame FT
