I know they're inundated with tickets at the moment. If you add to a ticket it gets pushed to the end of a queue.

Can't see what good a ticket would do. They take the money, pack it, dispatch it. Job done. Stupid laws in this "Alice Through the Looking Glass" country isn't their problem.
I tried to open one myself though, just to suggest they changed the description on the label, but couldn't find a category. "Ashes of a deceased relative" came to mind.

 

Agree with your statement for the most part. However opening a ticket could help the customer and FT avoid future problems. Another issue opens up when the items are not shipped with the chosen carrier, or someone within the company makes a decision for you and on your behalf. Not related to FT but a definite problem with GB. At any rate opening a ticket should not be an issue. Getting something accomplished is an entirely different subject.

 

Last week I successfully received 3 orders from FT via China. 2 atoms and a spool of wire. No package over $14. Maybe helps with the hope. Maybe I got lucky thrice.

 

I got 3 packs from fast tech sticker and seized by the customs in the period from beginning of April till now and had no news about them. They were containing manly RDAs and RTAs. Have you guys got some similar experience to my one? Why now they are seizeing so often the packages? Anything going on? Before it was pretty easy getting packages from fast tech.
Please share if anyone has any similar experience or clarification about it I would really apprecciate

Even if you are going to choose China Post, you are taking a risk while the Thai Customs are up to their tricks--for sure, they'll get bored sooner or later, but for now--I'd give it a miss.
My last 5, or 6, orders have all been sent to my UK address--that should do the trick.

 

Helps me. My latest orders will doubtless be seized, but I'll try one more. Three packs of coils, order on June 3rd, at 0300 hrs. See if the numbers work.

The most important of my outstanding orders, six packs of Nautilus coils, has just been marked for dispatch. If I'd lost that, I'd have two Subtanks to vape on, and eight decorative paperweights. Now definitely getting at least two RTA's so I'm not caught short again. But like you, I'll have them sent to my house in England, repacked, and sent here, cocooned in PG tea bags.

 

My mates order from FT got seized last week and mine today.
I'll stay away from them for a while...
