1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.

I Googled this "check atomizer" problem and there is only one Youtube post on it and surprisingly it's of a real Hana Modz so the chip is displaying this message on real or clone regardless. The electronics in the chip doesn't fix the problem and it doesn't reset anything.

On the SVD or vv v3 if you throw on a sub ohm atty, it flashes red and then closes down. Tun it on again and put another atty 1.2 ohm or higher and the mod will fire again with no problem .... the Hana Modz doesn't work the same, pity.

Back when you first reported the check atomizer problem, I also did a bit of research on it. I found a few other reports of the same on the clones but no solutions. Pretty sure reddit has some threads about it. Gonna go have another look now...

One thing you can try is tightening the ground screw. I think that's the one near the top under the backplate. One person reported that his check- atty message changed to check-battery afterwards, and it was stuck there instead. Worth a try though.
