This thread seems a bit quiet-are there any Goliath owners out there?
I need to know why mine pisses E liquid out almost immediately after I open the Juice Control up - slide the ting to the open side and it drips out onto the table. O rings are in place, even tried changing the ones it came with for the spares in the bag-rewicked it 5 times, gone from micro coil to spaced coil-always, after filling and prior to even powering it up- .........splosh! Out it comes.
Not that it will help much but here are a couple of pics of the build, and one to show where the leak comes from - below the juice control ring.
    (Feeling-f*$#%*ing pisses off!)

Sounds like a vacuum leak problem so if you already did all you could in checking o-rings and seals there could be a manufacturing defect of some kind which would suck.

Just an observation that it looks like your wick bottom sections are resting upon the edges of the air holes. Could be bad angle though. If they are I'd consider cutting away some from the inner-bottom so they do not sit that closely or touch the little ledge area around the hole.

Probably not the same thing you have happening but I watched a video with someone building it and as they juiced up the wicks you can see on camera the juice going straight down the holes.

Couple other notes from an ECF Thread:

I've had the base start to unscrew from turning the juice control on mine, that could be a big leak problem if turned far enough.

For me, it leaks from the residual in the base if left on its side, even after I close off the juice control. And then if there's the slightest gap between the base and the mod you have it on, it'll leak out of the air holes and down the base and collect underneath. That's been my experience with it anyways, so I've learned to adjust the air flow before screwing it snug onto my box.

That is what I was wondering-and will give it one more try-that is to open the juice control before fitting the base. The wicks might be a little 'fat' but since it leaks before I even power it up, I don't think so -the wicks don't cover the air holes,I check that as I was wicking.
It could be a bad manufacture issue-it's one of the second batch, after the limited edition BS.

I think your description also does not mention it leaking out of the air holes of the base which is where it would be expected if you had a wicking issue. If its in an area above the holes, something is not sealed up well or loses a seal.

It leaks from between the juice control ring and the coil base-you have to screw the base into the rest of the assembled body - effectively screwing the base into the chimney section, which is already locked into the body and juice control section - an unusual set up-there is an O ring at the leak point but for some reason it's not doing it's job.
    Strange.
    Thanks for your help.

Maybe you have some similar-sized o-rings from other devices that are worth a try? Could be there was a bad batch of them made or the wrong sized mistakenly used during a production run. I know it's happened with other types of attys out there.
