for anyone coming to Pizza Del Sol tonite in Lamai - there are 2 - it's the one closer to all the action - it's in between Thai House/Thai Grand House Resorts and the Weekender Resort on the other side of the road to the beach. (Kasikorn Bank money changer/ATM right next door)

Need to know some numbers of whose coming, as might have to book a couple tables...

    about 7.30pm ?

afterwards they have free 'Lady Boxing' (open air) at the circle bars, just a short walk up further into town

Too late for me Buzz, daughter has to be up for school in the morning...we normally go in around 2:30ish, have a few drinks and then depending on how we feel either eat around 4ish or sometimes get it to takeaway

Forgot I was supposed to make a quick report on our one & only mini Samui meet.
Met up briefly (1 drink each) with Moog and SD at the Greek restaurant in Chaweng on the thursday nite to get things rolling.
Then we met again for dinner at the Pizza joint in Lamai on the Saturday nite. Moog brought some of his dee-lish 'home-brew' and SD had his 'travelling kit' in tow as well. Was great to try GLV Baja Breeze and SD's exclusive stock of Johnson Creek's 'Founders Reserve' (a very enjoyable true Tobacco blend that is a premium smoke juice aged in whiskey barrels) - a perfect after dinner vape!
Also got to sample some different mods (Vaper Flask & others).
On the Sunday arvo, Moog & I did catch up with Neilly at the Sunday roast place for a short session.
Was really great to finally meet some fellow TV's and chat about all things vaping and other stuff !

    - Moog - tks heaps for the home made bottles of your juice you gave me, I've really been enjoying them !
    - SD, I've been in contact with Johnson's Creek - tks for the 'taste and info supplied !
    - Neilly, happy to hear you gave the Subtank mini another try !

I was amazed at how expensive it is now to fly there. I was gonna take my daughter there a while back. After seeing the price of flights we went to Hua Hin instead.

It is quite expensive I would say for such a short flight IMO. But a friend of mine flew on Friday night and the plane was full. So was it on Saturday. On a company point of view, they have no reason to drop the price if they can fill up every seats.

Yes I remember 15 years back it was well expensive to fly in and out if there, back then they only used Bangkok Airways I think to be allowed to fly in and out

Bangkok Airways built the Samui airport and had a monopoly on flights for a long time. In the past few years, the government forced them to open it up to TG as well...they have 2-3 flights a day, I think.
