Just tried to push the pin, same "shorted" message, that disappear if I unscrew it a bit.

Now with all the things I have read here, I lost confidence in this association so I put back my Aerotank Mega on my MVP.

And then... "NON" appears on screen which mean the MVP is not detecting any clearo..

I opened the clearo and looked at the pin, it went up a lot, pushed by the Hana, obvisohly. So I pushed it down and it is perfect on the MVP again.

Bottom line, I am not going to try harder outting the Aerotank Mega on the Hana.

Hope it can help some people :)

LOL ... actually, so do I with my (V1 or V2 whichever it is with the larger diameter pin) ! (leave the back on my new V3) ...

over cautious ? probably ... not really a hassle vaping with the back cover off - was thinking of maybe using a thickish elastic band to hold the back cover on, but couldn't be bothered.

Having said all that, as long as you don't leave a Kanger tank (with flush pin) on top, really should be fine ...

overnite now, I just got into the habit of not leaving my 2 Hana clones on my desk and leave them in the middle of the loungeroom tiled floor - just in case ! hahahaha...

    :pleasure:

yeah mate, both my first 2 Hana clones did it ... now the newer V3 still does it ... not a problem imo ... just they way they are (i think/I hope) ... happens all day/nite - screen comes on and off ... also usually happens when you put the mini usb in to charge 'em

    - - - Updated - - -

yeah agree, i should just do that with my older clone which has the back cover removed, and leave the newer one with the back cover on the tiled floor ... lol

same same ... just put my Mega on the new V3 and after vaping for a while, when i took it off, noticed the pin on the Mega had been pushed in a tad ... oh well, won't be a prob much longer when i get my new VS DNA !

(in the meantime, when I use the Mega on the Hana clone, I will just take it off after finished vaping ...)

But remember that it is a 2 stage rocket, as we say in my Country. You push the centre pin out a little more that is correct, but now the pin of the coil will not make contact to the aero tanks centre pin, so you also have to drag the centre pin of the coil out a bit to make contact with the aero tanks centre pin again.again. Otherwise the connection is not working from inside of the tank.

I change my coil, now it is ok. Still says "shorted" if I screw it up tight but it works. Though I hope my Russian will fit perfectly all the way down

Easy fix . . . . don't use any Kanger tanks on the Hana clone. :rolling laugh:
My new replacement is working fine now but I'm not gonna chance mounting any Kanger tanks on it.

Tibo, I don't like the sound of that "shorted" message brah.

Yeah me neither but I only have the aerotank mega (the minipro tank does not fit and the iclear x-I does not work) so.. I was too tempted to use it.. Once I tried, cannot vape the MVP unless I have to !

But tonight I start using the Russian so the mega will officially be married to the MVP :)

By the way, I never left the Kanger on the Hana if I not vaping. At night, they are on the shelf, separated.

If you want to use your minipro tank on it just get yourself and eGo adapter from Micky, he has them for 80 Baht.

Don't ever take a risk with your safety, especially when you are sticking the thing this battery would be attached to in your mouth. Best just to chuck the battery and get a new one.
