There's still some nice places in Phuket -- but if you hadn't been here for a while you would be sadly shocked mate -- mad development just about wherever you look, jungle disappearing left and right.

You both are putting in some impressive km! (I prefer shorter & kinda full-on as I can. But doesn't a good vape taste even better after a decent workout? And of course exercise -- even having a good walk, doing stretches etc., each to his/her own -- can only speed the process of ridding our bodies of the bad affects/chemicals of analogs we accumulated over the years as former smokers.
