Just stick some cotton in there, and break off a piece of toothpick or something to plug up the extra air hole.

thanks ryan-ill try that next time--right now i finally got the cotton right on my kayfun so that it actually soaks up juice coming from the tank--it still seems to start burning after a while and i have to let it sit for a few minutes.

It is easier when the cotton is a bit saturated with juice i guess to stick on the wall of the juice flow canal.

a picture would help to troubleshoot the issue there with the wicking.

400, good to know. i saw it on a link from vapemorph where it was 450. i will be picking this up in the next week for sure unless i find something better around that price between now and then.

how tight is the draw? on the pb video he said the draw was a bit tight and the air hole seems a bit small.

quick question. i believe this does not come with a drip tip. I dont really have any drip tips other than the plastic ones from my aspire, would they work on this? i plan to buy a few decent drip tips in the future but nothing so far has really caught my eye enough to move away from the standard plastic.

Mine did not come with a drip tip, I bought one separately. Also, you've tried my IGO-L already, so you know how tight the draw is. You yourself said it was a little tight.

Oh, and if you want to go look at some drip tips, come down here one afternoon and we'll go into the Big By-pass shop, he has a bunch on a little stand.

go the aqua up and running with one coil--little gurgling but no leaking so far--nice rich vape--im waiting for the inevitable burning before the tank is empty---that is how my kayfun has been going

As requested here are the photo's of the build deck on my Tobeco Aqua clone. Sorry for the lousy quality but I had an issue with the flash I couldn't be stuffed to sort out.

As I hope ypou can see the positive post is basically tapered at the top for the first mm or so and is in the form of a knurled nut open at the top, sorry not shown, where as the negative is closed at the top and the threading is attached to the nut itself as opposed to the build deck. Other than that it appears the same as the original.

The build shown is a 1.8 ohm, 32g Kanthal, 5 wrap, on a 2mm internal diameter, dual coil. I may be able to get a 30g Kanthal in there but not sure. Basically I have about 1.5 threads to use on the positive terminal to tighten this down and a 28g is just too big to lock in place. Tightened too much the positive nut just slips off the thread of the post.

Apart from that, once working, it is not a bad vape. I personally am getting better results from my Kayfun. It does tend to get a bit warm if gaping hard and I have had the drip tip bordering on uncomfortably hot. I don't know if this is from the clone or is also a potential problem with the original.

Overall not greatly impressed, but as I said originally it may be just the Tobeco clone that has these problems and the others or the original may be totally fine.

Odd that you would find it on your desk, maybe it fell out of the bag. There are 3 red gaskets on the positive pin, they are on the inside where the white delrin insulator is. They wouldn't have anything to do with leaking, they are more to keep the pin straight or block airflow possibly.

it must have come off when i removed the pin--been watching a few aqua videos--have some ideas on controlling the leaking--like making sure the fluid tank control doesn't unscrew when i remove the top cap to fill it

Also the vaporization chamber. The top of it comes straight through the top cap and takes the drip tip. Meant to be a juice control but mine doesn't do anything of the sort :rolling laugh:
