1. Welcome to Thailand Vapers, an English language forum for members in Thailand and the rest of Asia to talk about vaping.
Commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, vaping is really about the use of personal vaporizers (mods) and atomizers (tanks, clearos, RBAs, RDAs, RTAs) filled with e-liquid.
Are you looking to get started or an old hand at vaping? Everyone is welcome here so sign up today and talk vaping with us!

Locally made Mod, will it be legal?

    It's expensive!

I like collecting authentic and custom made vape gear. It's a very expensive hobby. Yes, for me, I consider it worth it. I still wince at some of the prices though

Hehehehehe eventually those that can afford it will like to own something unique and original and that doesn't come cheap.

Most work are manual and good modder will not repeat the same one for the mentioned reasons.

Most standard battery mod is fading away now except for some top name, new comer is almost impossible to make an impact as it is very difficult to find new idea and expectations is very high with so much options.

The 2 type of mod that are gaining so much ground are squonkers and all in one vape box.

I particularly love Billet Box for it flexibility in customization.

Lukkos for it beauty and continuity based on series and it is a piece of art.

I do, too...the prices for some authentics can be pretty steep...and over the past year or so, I've been lucky enough to buy almost everything I wanted (Champ SLGT & Nessie still on the wish list). ;)

In the last few months, the bottom has fallen out of the high-end mod market (with a few notable exceptions)...and the mods are all starting to look the same to me. Nonetheless, I stopped buying as it's just a PIA to get mods in here...and after paying the price, I'm not willing to use the postal service for shipping (and we know what happens with Fed-Ex, DHL et al). I collected the last CC mod I purchased directly from the modder in KL & hand carried it in myself. :)

I've got a couple of friends who love theirs and have been considering getting one. But I'm not sure what I'd do with it as I don't take any of the 'good' stuff out in public anymore...and I've got more than enough mods for use at the house. If the vaping climate changes, I might start buying again.

I display my authentics like art work (which, in a way, they are).
