    The Beasties said it best You Gotta Fight For Your Right and that's a fact, Jack. Especially with the vaping vs Big Tobacco and its resources. This isn't the first time lobbyists and opponents have had their momentary "day in the sun". Add to this the potential for heat coming from Shenzhen where it's all made and we'll see who wins the pressure wars. Meanwhile, I wanna go there because YiHi has an open invitation to visit its facilities and I've got no agendas, travel-wise.

    If I'm not mistaken, the UK is clearly an advocate of vaping as the effects and costs of smoking clearly overburden the NHS and *any* relief to their system is entirely welcomed. Please correct me if I'm misinformed about the UK's position on the advocacy of personal vaporizers, ok?

    Sorry to hear about the raids in Malaysia...Big Stinky is feeling the revenue pinch for sure (and bloody glad they are)!! But it's not all been bad news lately...the word is starting to get out, slowly but surely, that vaping is orders of magnitude safer than smoking.

    The fight has only begun and it will take a concerted effort by all vapers to overcome Big Stinky, the Pill Pushers and the sycophantic governments who pay lip service to the dangers of smoking while gladly taking Big Stinky's protection money.

    Totally agree, SD, that the incentives that are being handed over to encourage these high ranking Government officials to come down like this on Nicotine liquid, and ECigs, when they turn a completely blind eye to all the leaf tobacco products, must be in the order of $millions-- the hypocrisy is so obvious to all of us, as it surely must be to the local population.
    My only hope is that, now we have some Western Govt Health Authorities declaring an interest in ECigs as cessation devices, there may be some light at the end of a very long tunnel.

    Well, that's one state down ... hopefully the others don't follow suit :not good:

    Gears and juices will be less accessible for sure without B&M stores but I guess online shop will still remain (or even prosper ... who knows).

    Havent the goverments learned anything at all, they banned dope, even deathpenalty for it in some countries, STILL ppl buy and sell it... I think they should regulate it, tax it and take away the "badboy" stamp on it.. It will result in less underground and black money and more tax money the goverments can missuse...

    That would be better than what's going to happen now...but it would probably still result in a reduction in tax revenues compared to the inflow if people kept smoking stinkies. Despite the rhetoric, IMO it's only about the money. YMMV
