    sorry if anyone asked this question before but i was just wondering how you store your liquids? since TH is a pretty hot country is it ok to leave em out or is refrigeration the better option? (my room is on the top floor so gets pretty hot during the day when I'm not there)

    Thanks in advance guys =)

    They should be OK at room temperature for days/weeks, but best to put them in the fridge if you're not using them for a while. As for freezing them, I never got to the bottom of whether you should or shouldn't. I can see arguments for and against. So either I'll get a definative answer from respected authority, or I'll experiment myself and learn by experience.

    It's been suggested that after they've been stored by fridge or freezer, to let them at least come back to room temperature before using. Some suggest re-steeping them, that is leaving them for a period, the period would depend on what exact juice, some juices take longer to steep than others ... in general desert/custard type flavours tend to need longer steeping, why exactly I don't know.

    I think as long as you're not keeping liquids at Thai room temperature for weeks at a time, you shouldn't have a problem. Some juices may actually improve, or not, depending on the juice !

    Fresh PG and VG I think has a shelf life of like 1-2 years. Flavourings usually have a shelf life of at least a year. "Normal" room tempterture would be around about what supermarket keep at, so like 21 deg C. Nicotine will deteriorate with light/heat/oxygen, lifespan of nictoine is freezers is thought to be years, on a Thai windowsill no aircon in a clear bottle open to the atmosphere, well, would probably deteriorate quite quickly, possibly weeks/days.

    So fridge is safest, as it's dark and cool. Freezer, I wasn't entirely convinced that freezing wouldn't damage the flavourings, but then I've been assured by people far more experienced than I that freezing is fine, with a little resteeping on it emerging from it's cryogenic storage :)

    Personally I prefer glass containers for my liquids, but, just my preference.

    Alright sounds good to me, fridge it is ^^ didn't know shelf life was so long for these liquids, was afraid at first of buying too much but now I guess I can go bulk once I found flavours I like.
    Thanks again for this great information, really happy I found this board and its helpful members =)

    :cheers::thank you:

    YW dude, polite questions I do my best to answer and help when I have time. Others did same for me when I joined, so a way of giving something back. It would have been a lot harder for me to quit smoking and get as far ahead as I am with vaping without the guys here ...

    I live in Isaan with no aircon so temps are pretty similar. basically if I am going to store a juice for more than 3 months, after steeping, I will refrigerate it at this time of year. More than 6 months I freez it. When I want to use the juice I let it get back to rom temperature and let it sit, or re-steep if you like, for a couple of days. This is because I have heard many reports that flavourings and nicotine MAY separate a little when in the fridge or frozen and this allows everything to go back to normal. Whether it is needed or not I don't know but hell it's only a couple of days.

    Having said all that once it is out of the fridge I may not finish some of the big bottles for 6 months and there ahs been no apparent harm to the juice.
