    60 to 80 a day and started from 1 bottle of 18mg and then 2 bottles of 12 mg and now on 6 and 3 mg.

    Everyone is unique. Your body is your best clue.

    :welcome: I was a pack+ a day--but quite happy with 6mg. Going to try 3mg when I can find some. Depends whether you choose to chain-vape or not.

    Good advice! I was on 18 mg for a year and dropped down to 12 mg. I have no plans to reduce further.

    I was on 36 mg for almost 3 years!! But, I was using EGO and Vivi Nova type Atomisers, when Sub Ohming I went down to 6-9 mg, but now I'm using 0.9-1.2 Ohm coils, I'm happy at 18 mg, with a bit of 12 mg thrown in.

    Hi. Welcome to TV. When I started vaping, I went with the general opinion that the more you smoked (I was 40 a day), the higher nic level you needed. But I didn't like the flavour of the few expensive 18 mg juices I could find. A constant 12 mg works for me, MTL, 'cos I can vape when I want now, and not have to wait for a fag break at work and a nicotine hit that lasts 'til the next break.
