Google "Muji Thailand". IIRC, they have stores in either Robinson's or Central throughout Thailand.

Thanks for posting this, answered most of my current questions. I built a coil with what I ordered as 26g kanthal, 0.4mm, 5 wraps in coil, about 0.5-0.6 ohms. Has a bit of a metallic taste off it, coughed a bit off first vapes, but seemed to settle down after a while ... Still prefer the pre-made 0.5 ohm coil though ...

The coils that came with RBA are spaced between the wraps -is it better to space or compress the coil with pliers as I've seen on most of the videos ?

And the crappy vapes to start of with that had me coughing, any idea how to avoid this ? I did a short burn on the mod to start off with to get it glowing, how long should I do this in order to "clean" the coils, and is there any risk of burning out the coil ?

Lastly, with 26g, could I make dual vertical coils in this RBA ? Included coils are 2.5mm, larger or smaller diameter ?

Contact, or compressed coils are not recommended for this build deck due to heat. Kanger recommend spaced coils too.

Pulsing the coil until the smoke stops coming off the kanthal is enough to clean the oils off it, but if you wanted to you could do that before wrapping the coil with a gas torch.

As for the metallic taste it is possible that there was a small hot spot or cool spot that worked it's way out with use or even a hot leg. Looking for bright or dull points during the dry burn will show any of tis and they can be adjusted out of the coil before wicking.

Pretty sure a dual in a sub tank would be very difficult as the chamber is so small and low. Very hard to fit a vwertical coil in there at all without the risk of shorting. I can see no way at all for a dual vertical even with a small ID. Also once again heat in the small chamber would become a major issue with a dual coil.

I wouldn't be at all surprised though if someone hadn't successfully done a dual coil in a sub tank. Just that there are a lot of better attires more suited to the idea.

@Longtail1 much appreciated, will use your advice in future builds ... Now I have masses of cotton, then rewicking is virtually free, so no reason not to take it apart and tinker ...

And yes, pretty small inside, might have a go at the vertical coil, as I'm preferring the vape off of stock kanger coils which are vertical :)

Ps, is there and easy/easy to explain way of spacing the coils ?

TBH I just wrap on a screwdriver with a small space between wraps. But although I haven't tried it I am sure it works if you take a acre or bolt of the sppropriate diameter and wrap into the grooves. Then just unscrew the bolt/screw and you should have a perfectly spaced coil. If you do try a vertical on that build deck be sure to check for shorts after you have put the deck back together to make sure you have zero contact with the top or even the deck. Also be careful the wicking is well in place so as to keep contact with the outside of the coil to avoid heat and dry hits. Don't know what ohm you are aiming for but it might be worth considering using 27g or thinner to keep the external diamet down as well as the height to a minimum, and remember to tuck the leg coming from the trop of the coil in nice and close to help avoid contact with the chamber walls. But nothing is wrong with experimentation as long as you check for shorts before firing.

Thanks :) ... Aim is probably subohm, 0.5 ish ... Have multimeter, as well as ohm read on mod and yes the RBA is quite small, so it's fiddly ... Mainly I'm making sure I have the right skills in case of coil shortage, and I just ordered an RDA to test new liquids, and for testing DIY liquids ...

Ps like the screw thread idea, I'll see if I have M3 or M2 ish threads in my spares box, that might be ideal :)

You can use woodenscrews or screws for plasterboards/gypsum, they have higher ridges...

Was my reference for building first coil :)

I went with @Longtail1 suggestion, and spaced the coil using box cutter/Stanley knife blade to open up coil ... Seems to be working better now ... Vertical coil looks do'-able, which fingers crossed I might like as much as the pre-made one ...
