I had headaches and dizziness when I first started vaping and narrowed it down to too higher nicotine level for me. I had always smoked very light cigs. 6mg Nicotine is the sweet spot for me. Increase water intake as mentioned. Reduce PG if the above is not successful.

 

what type of equipment are you using?

i had similar reactions when i first started and it was do to a narrow drip tip that condensed juice and caused ingestion and oral contact with the actual juice. Later i found out that using a metal drip tip (for myself) also accelerated the condition

i started using widebore plastic driptips and alls fine for me now.

 

also IF you have totally stopped smoking, your body could be de-toxing from the cigs - takes a while (everybody is different)

 

Thanks for all the good advice. Yes, I plan to step down the nicotine level to the low range. Are the non-nicotine flavors good tasting and hearty? Yes, thank you for the water reminder, too. These 2 issues of nicotine and drinking more water are major parts of the problem, I believe. Thank you all. Cheers!

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I do think this also may be an issue because I taste a anesthesia-like taste after a vape and I think my mouth reacts to the chemicals coming from the tip. Where do I search and find the tips you recommend?

probably better and faster to get from a thai vendor on this forum, rather than waiting 2 weeks from china...you can take a look below and can message them on which is the widest on the intake side. Let me know if it works, would be interesting to know theres someone with the same problem.

IF you've only just giving up on the cigs, then I'd stay away from non-nico juices for a while ...

I know people who went down to 0 nic levels too quick and went back on the 'coffin nails' (cigs) ... just saying
