    Not sure about that. Certainly outside Bkk - yesterday at Wang Noi market, for example, a group of middle aged women started chatting after I asked them for help finding something for my wife's mother... They thoroughly approve - saying lots of people they know quit smoking. For Thai vapers I think there's absolutely no problem or issue with a cheap supply, and I think it's even simpler/easier/safer than bootlegging smokes... so the issue for the Senate is HOW can they undermine the people's market and get a decent cut themselves?

    I really think they just cannot be bothered.

    TV News last week reported the cancer risks of vaping - my M.I.L. warned me and seemed amazed when I said I know about this, and that the risk is at least 99% lower than smoke with solids in it...
