Certainly looks a solid bit of kit (as always).
Not a fan of the small screen and I presume I won't be a fan of it's size either.
Be interested to see what it can do though.

According to what we've seen on the ECF thread, the outer lens acts as a magnifier...supposedly, all the needed data is shown and is easy to read.
It's supposed to be the same size (presume height) as a ProVari Mini...not long to wait now. Full specs and pre-order will be available next Tuesday morning (US time).

Really interested in finding out more about this one. If the power output is high enough I will most certainly be trying to get my hands on one at some point after the insanity of panic buying cools off. Probably about 2 years? Lmao

All they've told us is that it's a single 18650 and the power output will be >30 watts. Personally, I'm betting on 40 watts given ProVape's penchant for safety. We'll know next Tuesday evening (11 pm our time).

You could well be right about the safety side with Provari. Unfortunately that puts it a little below my preferred watts for my preferred tanks and gives me no dripping option at all. But will still wait and see, drooling incessantly, hoping that it comes out a touch better. Roll on Tuesday!!!!!

No TC???? Possible future firmware update providing that feature? Sorry if this has been made clear elsewhere...I dont want to read through the thread at ECF.

There have been some bad implementations of it with some but several mods and chipsets do it very well end effectively. To me it reads more like they don't have it in their own chip(s) at the moment and using that to cover its absence. Kinda lame if you ask me. There are plenty of folks like myself who wont be parting with significant mod monies without TC being supported. When considering mods I am using regularly and atty coil types, I'm about 90% in already.

@Scratchy - that's all they've told us so far. It's not in the first release...not sure whether it will be added later.

Whoa...there's really no knocking the quality and service with Provari but they continue to shoot themselves in the foot. First lack of high wattage support with their last generation devices when a significant part of the vaping community wanted it and many attys demanding it and now this.

Hmmm, I have to disagree with you here, my friend. ProVape has (and knows well) their target audience and they aim their products squarely at them. First & foremost, they're about safe vaping, unrivaled build quality and great customer service. I think they succeed on all counts. I love my P3's and use them daily...but I agree, they're not a product for everyone (but they don't try to be).

Personally, I've used a few TC/TL coils on various devices and wasn't impressed. But I'm a tootle puffer, don't chase clouds and don't need high power. TC/TL offers me very little over a standard Nautilus BVC coil. There are a lot of us out there, I believe...most are just not very active in forums or on social media. ;)

i agree unless its a mech mod, i wouldnt spend any monies on box mods those days which doesnt support TC.
I was hesitating long time cause of the Ni200 wire, but now i got TC and havent touched my non TC mods since then

My point is they are ignoring a large section of the market and if they wanted growth and larger market success then they are indeed shooting themselves in the foot. If they are content with their relatively small niche then they are content. Succeed in making your niche happy while at the same time disappointing and not having a product that appeals to larger numbers of potential customers.

They used to be a leading producer of desirable mods by a large number of folks when I started. That's no longer the case. They have their community/camp but unarguably not nearly as much mass market appeal as they once did. For example, I would not be interested in this mod unless I had some level of certainty that it will support TC.

Not disrespecting or criticizing just that I think the direction you have taken is a minority one and as a business owner I would be paying attention to what happening in the market and trying to appeal to as many folks as possible. TC is far more where its at and where things are going than mechs or low-power and limited feature and capability devices. Not to say those are bad in anyway because at the end of the day it's enjoying vaping and not smoking!

Scratchy, Think about Volvo and Honda. Provari is kind of like the Volvo and Honda of Vapedom or another way to put it.... The Provari Mini is the only device I would reach for if I knew I couldn't bring a spare.... and I would feel perfectly comfortable doing so.

I don't think anything said by any of us can really be argued against. :)

For the group it appeals to and again with the reputation for quality as well as the really attractive design, I have little doubt the Provari offering will be a much sought-after mod.

And who knows, maybe the trend will reverse someday but probably instead, with new innovations, will go in some other direction.
