The limited, small-sampling poll results are hardly surprising nor is the desire to conduct them. Provari will always have its community of supporters/"fans" and then there's the larger community of tootle-type vapers or lower to moderate power kanthal-only types. The Radius could be a good option for those that fall within those groups, thus Provari's intended market. For those that do not, not really.

 

well ProVari has a reputation, even in my book, for having rock solid devices which last literally forever ... i think the one i bought was 3rd hand already, and its still working,
I am sure Konvict can sing a song of their reliability as well, so when it comes to that .... its hard to beat them ... although that reputation belongs to the 2.5 where hardly anything can break anyways, its a bit like a mechmod suppposed to work forever too, but sure there is much more to the ProVari

Whats badly missing in my collection is some nice non mechanical tube mods, all the SVD s i had stopped working long time ago, and the ProVari is still a go, hence the P3 was interesting at bit, but the specs where basically scaring me away. I can get way better devices for the same money then the P3 costs (Dicodes)

As for Box mods ... there are so many those days and sure we compare things and we learned that from the wifes we should not compare but if we still do the picture for the Radius doesnt look too good imho. I am sure thou its a rock solid device, but like it has beeen said, for 200 dollars you ll get like 5 x VTC mini for it,

Naturally it makes sense to support countries where we originate from cause afterall its jobs for the people there, so this is clearly something where i prefer to order things which are produces in my home country, BUT if a product coming for a premium price from my homecountry i expect it to be TopNotch, for a far below average product i dont get the point in paying premium prices.

well no doubt this is indeed extraordinary ... though ... for 230 Euros you could buy 8 VTC minis ... assuming there only good for a 1-2 years ... its still questionable at best if the provari will still be good after that time, or more precice is vaping with heat still happening in 10+ years from now on, ... i had a tendency to believe they would use ultrasonic for that anytime soon thou future will show.

Nevertheless, anything from ProVape is rock solid and we always should compare apples with apples.
Assuming that ProVape still produce their stuff in the U.S. its jobs for people there, this simple fact is basially worth the additional price, cause it the money goes to those countries.
So even thou i dont really appreciate the features of the Radius ... i totally agree its better to support them then ... well known other Companies which produce cheap in China and resell for normal price ...
