    Sorry, i cant follow--have you been to the local Post Office with the Tracking number? They can usually help--unless this has been sent via some Inter. Courier service and they've contracted to some local unit.

    Just as a Heads Up, if you are having stuff posted from UK to Thailand, by Air Mail, always go for Reg.or ' To be signed for' by Air Mail, and 99% should arrive. Any other means is suspect.

    No, probably fine, but any time I've had stuff sent without the need for a signature this end, it has a tendency to disappear en route.
