Thanks, Rick, looks like a few other tanks, not a good performer, then?

Honestly, I didn't expect it to be decent for MTL and was surprised when I tried closing it down a lot and found it would be.

    You're too kind.
When do you get to Chiang Mai, anyway? You'll be a great resource for our local Vape scene.

I get to Swampy Dec. 7th, but I'll probably spend some time in Pattaya first, just for fun, and then get the bus (torture) to Chiang Mai.
I'm meeting up with a pal from Chiang Mai, in Patts, and still don't know the details of that yet, so I'm not sure how long I will be there.
A couple of weeks, I'd expect.
It would be great to meet up with some fellow vapers, both in Patts, and in Chiang Mai. To begin with, I'll be staying in Riverside apartments, in Nong Hoi, and eventually move back to Nimmanheimin area.

Here is a review posted in a thread originally posted by PantsUK on the GEM clone over at Fasttech.

    "
Mine landed today so this is just a first impressions, they are good one's though.

Put a 2mm build on it with 0.37 wire 0.95ohms and its great flavour.

Positives so far, no dry hits (50/50 juice @ 15w)
    V Easy to build
Easy to cut the cotton correctly (failed many many times on the squape, spot on first time with this)
    Looks pretty decent
    Good airflow for my liking
    Warm vape

    Negatives
Leaked half my first tank over myself, I prefer a bottom fill as you don't need to worry about locking off the air flow, this on the other hand you do my mistake wont repeat it lol ... take that back just did it gain ... youtube help here I come.
O rings on top fill lost already replaced them so no biggie but where the F are the spares ... SHAMEEEE

Been using a couple of goblin minis but this for MTL is def up there with them flavour wise, better than KFL/Squape/Taifun GT/Ithaka etc etc imho"

I really dig the media blasted look of the Erl and the Gem. I may have to pick up a genuine USAMadeMods Infected Media Blasted Brass and Stainless Mod next time I head back to go with one.

Nice. I am interested in hearing how you think the Bellus and Cthulhu stack up against the RDTA. Is there a new champion?

I like the Bellus, for what that's worth--is it better than the Goblin mini--that's too subjective to call, for me anyway--both are nice tanks, and I'm using both with the Single coil adapter--I do really like the Bellus, though--and, since I've been on this single coil, MTL trip--the Bellus is one of the tanks that I'm vaping--shut right down, it's almost MTL, which is better than my Goblin mini--but, as I say, that could be my crap coil building...even shut right down my build on the Gob mini, isn't what i call MTL--really, very few tanks are for me, though--only the Erlkonigen and the Taifun, and the old Odyssey BDC tank.
