Something is weird with my mail

    I have 7 orders there, and everything has been ok, but this is a major mistake, if they got the wrong colour I would understand, but They are switching The whole starter kit with a frigging clearomizer, you just don't do that kind of a mistake.

    No, and that's make it worse, this is a serious mistake, and my first ticket was delited, no I have sent mail and open a new ticket, and no response at all, I am pissed off at the moment hehe LOL :pleasure::devilish:

    What does the invoice say? It is possible someone got in the mail and took it and left you a tank from the kit? Is there any weight stamped on the package 'cause it would be very different from having a kit in there vs. just one clearo.

    No that's not possible, I never ordered a Iclear 30, so I don't think postman Pat has I clear 30 in his pocket to switch it whit hehehe LOL :pleasure::pleasure: My invoice its right, Itaste wv 3 is listed there and no Iclear 30 is on the invoice.

    Sorry I thought you ordered the SVD kit which came with two iClear 30s. You ordered the square thing. Is there any weight stamp on the envelope? I threw mine away yesterday so can't check.

    Very good point the weight, I send a picture to FT whit the waight on the packet, that's way to low.

    Nope, just waked up an still no answer on the ticket or in the mail,it say they wil answer in working day så they have to answer today.

    Got an answer, they are sorry and wil fix the problem!! But it looks like they only care for the item I sholdent have??
