Speed steeping

    Nice summary. Steeping do something, but there simply is to may variables with different juices and methods to make a cookbook. And on top there is personal taste.
    So as a conclusion for myself, I make it simple for myself I think. Keep it in a dark place, and if not using it for a while, putting it in the fridge.

    Yeah it seemed like a complicated way of saying that there is no way to steep the juice, but most could probably used to be steeped.

    I've been doing close to the same, just no fridge. I put them in a dark place with the caps off for 5-7 days, shake them a few times when I remember, then it's usually fine.
    I heard some complex flavors take a bit longer, but I find that after not even too long the flavors start to lose their strength too.
