Tax on shisha and e CIG in future?

Well I think we've all got plenty of mods and tanks and all we need is juice so DIY would be the way to go. But if the U.S. is anything to go by I did read a while back that the FDA was designating PG and VG as tobacco products can you believe? Just so they can gouge you with the same high cigarette taxes.

 

High tax yes. How to awoid them. Here an example of beer.( a new brand cost 70 baht to buy net. On import papers the buying price is shown as 6 baht a bottle. To make tax payment lower. Instead of high tax payment. You lower the prices on the invoice to avoid this. That is the only way to pay lower tax on import. So buying juice is the same. Ask the supplier to issue an invoice of low low but not to low for tax deduction. Most of them understand what you want.

 

The Thai FDA does not have the same classifing system as Europe does. As for the medicine classification, it is very complicated and very categorised in Thailand. Vwry few importers will go through the painful process considering the small size of thai ecig market as of today.

If your pharmacist legally import ecig, I doubt he'll stock some Suicide Bunny and MTBaker Butterscotch.

Plus they will have to justify the benefit of the ecig if it is considered as medecine. Based on their last communication, they don't have such a positive opinion about ecig ^^

I've had cloud comps with some of these guys. LOL. 0.2 - 0.3 ohm max VG beats them nicely and makes them choke when they try your vape as well. lol
