I just took another step in vaping, so here my hand for today..... 2014-12-29 14.53.49.v01.jpg

Magna dripper on a brass stingray, dual coil and cinnamon roll and the Grand Vapour dripper on the V3 Fliptronic with a kick at 12 watts single coil and Tahitian peal. For me a big step forward. My fear as a dripper newbie is not to drip enough liquid, getting a dry hit instead, and since the Grand vapour dripper only has a very little or no juice well I I cant thank the members of this forum enoughmade sure there is enough cotton, to hold the juice.....

Thanks to the bigger well on the Magna, I used a dual coil, and filled more cotton into the well.

I can't thank the members of this forum enough for the encouragement, inspiration and practical help. I am a very greatful forum member...

Looking good, Dieter. Wouldn't the grand vapor look better on your M16 sentinel mod? ;)

No need to worry about a dry hit Dieter. Before long you'll know when to drip just from the sound and feel of the vape. It won't go from full flavour to dry hit in the space of one draw.

It depends I guess. Since I only have 18650 batteries, and wanted to try it out with a regulated kick, I choose the V3tronic, but later yes, the Grand vapour looks also fine on the M 16.

Your Magma could hold a bit more cotton if you are affraid of dry hits.

Drippers will let you know when they are dry. What I experienxe is a dry hit on a clearo is immediate while on dripper it takes 2 or three puffs.

Remember also that the chamber of a dripper needs to be able to hold your airflow. Do not over fill with cotton. If you stuff cotton, the airflow will be too restrictive. I personally don't wick much in a way that the tales are short but the wick is dense.

You should almost be able to lift your RDA (even the mod actually) holding it by the wick.

Huh? that would depend a lot on the thickness of the wire and the wight of the RDA base you are using but even than i would not recommend anyone doing this because i could easily destroy you nicest build.

i found sliding the cotton trough the coil without to much of a resistance is just good enough. Ok if you have to pull a bit to get the middle of the cotton trough to sit tight but pulling to much can surly harm the coil and create hot spots or even shorts on the coil.

It holds a lot of cotton, I just managet to put it down into the well, and that is not shown in the picture. Thanks for the tip on the Grand vapor, i did not think of the airflow, but I'll mbe more careful with my next build.

You are right, I should have specify it works for Rayon as you need a tighter wick than cotton.

Build with 26ga or lower is perfectly fine, but indeed with thinner wire don't do that ^^

Veritas sitting on the new Praxis mod from Big and vaping on my blend of Raspberry mint and VM Menthol. The top cap was not pushed all the way down. It actually sits flush.
