Where there's a will there's a way. Today my VF went back to the US, and the batteries where flat after playing with my new MX V2. To top that off my charger was in a lose socket and failed to charge to leave me with no 18650 charged so when my mini was empty I had to start thinking.



First I did the maths on a serial 18350 and luckily I had a k4 build at 1.8ohms. So in theory without taking voltage drop to much into consideration would be around 35watts and drain, under 6Amps so on the top side of the 18350 limits but doable. Again my luck, 2 x 18350s fit in one of my nemissis.

After being saved buy having 18350 charged and then charging some of my 18650s I thought I would have a play, my MXv2 is built at 1ohm and Ive only tried it on the VF at 40 Watts. knowing it was build for more, I put 3 of my M16s together with 2 x 18640, lots of fun, clouds and a easy way to try out a 60 watt vape.

If you try any serial vaping, do make sure you triple check you calculations and understand the amp drain on your batteries.

OK after measuring the voltage today on these two setups it wasent as high as I thought, but it was fun to try something different. The 2 18350 were working on my K4 at 24watts, at least it was better than my isick 20watt was giving me and got me through a few hours while i was wating for my 18650s to charge. The voltage drop on the M16s was about the same so this was giving me around 42 Watts.
