This is a tank I feel needs a V2 revision. Particularly to address the leaking. I only rarely now have successful refills and most of time have the leaking despite different methods. Wicking has gone from short to long to tapered and it still can dump a good amount of juice. It's the most problematic tank in that way that I have ever owned. A pity because the vape is very good. Anyway, because of the good vape, I continue to use and my solution very recently is to bottom fill it.

Yeah, I filled mine with cotton and it still leaked on a refill (albeit slightly less) but flavour was off.
    It's been shelved, permanently.

I've debated shelving mine. If it weeps or leaks one more time I probably will.

Next refill it is then :D

That's why* I like the Crius, 1/16th of a turn to fully close or open the juice control.

Hehe. Yeah it may just be the next fill. In comparison, the Goliath v2 is much more trouble free.

iI've been looking at the Griffin. Much the same design as the Crius but supposedly an improvement.

I heard due to the size of the deck and chamber it doesn't wick as efficiently in comparison.

I switched from Muji cotton (as recommended for this tank) to Cotton Bacon and is much better especially for refilling/flavour....?

I think I may follow Rick O-Shea in putting this on the shelf. I really wanted to like it it since I generally do like Youde products, but not this one.
To little air for me, cramped build deck, air flow control ring is so loose it runs all over the place.
And 2 post with leaking on top ;-). I generally manage to control most of the leaking now, but if I fill up, there is leaking.

Used mujii cotton, rayon and fiber. Honestly not that much impressed by the flavour either. Getting a Crius tomorrow so I will test that instead I think.

It's amazing how quickly things change. When I first got the Bellus (all of 3 months ago) I thought it was the best tank out there. Maybe it was. It has it's issues no doubt but I was willing to work with them just because of the flavor. Now there are tanks with just as much, if not better flavor that don't have the same issues as the Bellus. It appears that there are many more changes just over the horizon for new tanks as well. I think in the future all of my statements should include a disclosure that this is my opinion at this very moment, it is not only apt to change very quickly but very likely to do so. With all the new stuff coming out and each users own likes and dislikes, an opinion is very much living up to old saying.

I gave it a new chance today just to be stubborn, went down to 2mm coil and trimmed the cotton short and thin. The weeping is gone, and if I turn the tank upside down after filling and open the airflow in that position, almooost no leaking ;-)
Actually a okay tank but that's it.

OK, I was going to call it my last re-wick and fill before putting her away but it didn't leak a drop and has been filled one additional time since and have only noted slight condensation on the air-intake holes. The difference? I used the GrimmGreen's Bellus wicking method. Not saying it would work every time but it has been thus far. I'll see if it holds up.

I have only leaking when filling now, but then I'm gonna try that approach . Thanks @Scratchy . I actually like the Bellus now :)

Did it just like he did including priming the wicks some. I also made sure the wicks were in good alignment with the channels (not quite placing them into the channels but almost lightly laying them along the outer edge) so when putting in the chamber they would be guided into place nicely.
