    How about the 3rd week in October ,the evening of the 19th ?? .This would give most time to plan for travel and rooms etc Also there is accommodation less than 5 mins away by walk called The Bedrooms which is a boutique hotel .Looking at there website they have a special on rooms til the end of the month starting at 1125 baht including breakfast which seem quite a good deal .Google The Bedrooms .Bts stop is practically at the venue so those travelling by this method are easily serviced as well .Cheers
