OK, called round to Union Science, Suthep Road, and they have both PG and, what they claim is VG, is actually called 'Refined Glycerine' but the young lady assured me that it was also known as Vegetable Glycrine ( or Glycerol) and was Food Grade.
    450 ml glass bottles.
    PG = 130 baht.
VG ( Refined Glycerine Food Grade) = 90 baht.
So, although more expensive than Chemiphan, BKK, we end up saving since we don't need the extra postage costs.
The price we pay for living 'Up North'.
I can post a couple of photos if you would like me to???

Plus you get glass bottles, not sure if that is an option with Chemipan, mine came in a shitty plastic bottle.

    Good point.
That's what all the supplies that I brought from UK came in- mind you, glass bottles in a suitcase would be a bit tricky.
Might be the only way for Nic in the future, though.

What's wrong with the bottle? They're LDPE bottles, pretty standard when buying chemicals. Personally, I'd much rather have the plastic, as it won't shatter if you drop it.

From that perspective it probably is better, but for longevity and flavor keeping properties, it was always said that E Liquid kept in 'dark' coloured glass bottles was best.
True, we are not talking about E Liquid just yet, only a component thereof.

Eliquid, yes, because nicotine breaks down (slowly) in sunlight. Glycerin molecules do not. Glycerin is glycerin, regardless of the source. If it's USP, it's exactly the same no matter where you buy it. The only exception is something like Aqueous Glycerin (AG) which has been diluted with distilled water, which is not the same thing, but still safe to vape.

Plastic container, or glass, makes no difference.

Personally I'd much rather have a glass bottle.
But saying that I won't lose any sleep over it being plastic either.

*It's purely because a one litre glass bottle would come in handy after it's contents has emptied.

I always make my VG into AG, is that not recommended these days??? When I started out they said that VG alone was too thick without the distilled water- had the recommendation changed??

Most people solve that problem by using PG to thin it out (and strengthen the flavor). Vaping water is pretty harsh, for me anyway.

I can't say I've ever noticed the 8% water. Seems smooth enough.

In another thread we were discussing those of us who might be developing PG intolerances and I am trying to lower my PG intake due to done symptoms.

I've been using 100% VG for months and never diluted it with anything in an RTA. Wicking can be more delicate, but once I got the hang of it after a couple of errors It was fine. For pre made coils I would either dilute with water or use no more than 30/70 PG/VG. I am very out of date on pre made coils though so this is old information.
